Teigan Avery, MA in Economics

Portfolio Manager

In her role as Portfolio Manager, Teigan Avery conducts in-depth market research to build customized portfolios tailored to our clients’ precise circumstances and life goals. Teigan works with advisors to construct and execute investment strategies that guide Pintler Wealth Management’s clients toward optimal financial outcomes.

Before joining Pintler Wealth Management Group, Teigan built her proficiencies as an economics researcher at the University of Montana and program officer for the Maureen and Mike Mansfield Center. She earned BAs in both Economics and Political Science as well as a Master’s in Economics from the University of Montana. She has special talents for data-driven financial insights, understanding the implications of market incentives, and nurturing client relationships.

Born in Havre, raised in Kalispell, and educated in Missoula, Teigan has a strong sense of home in the Last Best Place. Her Montana upbringing instilled in her a strong sense of community, integrity, and responsibility. While studying at UM, Teigan was a student-athlete as a collegiate golfer for the Grizzlies, earning the honor of GoGriz.com Person of the Year in 2019.

When out of the office, Teigan spends her time enjoying the splendor of Montana recreation by golfing, hiking, backpacking, fishing, and skiing with her friends, her constant companion, her dog Teddie (Theodora), and her boyfriend Matt.
